On November 9, 2022, Stacie Grove of NewEarth Ecological, subcontractor to Tetra Tech, performed a restoration inspection of the RH energytrans, L.L.C. (RH), Risberg Line Project (Project), under contract to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC or Commission) and per the request of the FERC Project Manager, Nancy Fox-Fernandez.
The Project consists of the construction, acquisition, modification, and operation of a new approximately 59.9-mile-long interstate natural gas pipeline system, beginning at a new interconnection with Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C., adjacent to the Meadville Compressor Station (CS) site in Crawford County, Pennsylvania, and extending northward to a new delivery point interconnection with East Ohio Gas Company d/b/a Dominion Energy Ohio’s (Dominion Ohio) existing distribution facilities in Ashtabula County, Ohio.
