RH energytrans, LLC (“RH”) has requested a further extension of time under the December 2018 Certificate Order 1 issued in the captioned proceeding in order to complete construction of, and make available for service, certain jurisdictional facilities authorized in the Certificate Order. For the reasons stated herein, RH is requesting that the Commission grant it an extension of time up to and including December 7, 2024.
